| "Fess is a non-medicated saline irrigation solution that provides relief from the most forms of nasal congestion. Fess helps normalise the acidic mucus environment that occurs in the nasal and sinus cavities. It thins nasal mucus and moisturises dry nasal passages making it easier fro the nasal and sinus tissues to clear. The alkaline pH of Fess causes mucus to break down fast, clearing the nasal passages of excess mucus and promoting 'mucociliary flow'. In this way Fess helps you breath easier, naturally." |

| Dosage |
|
Directions for use: Direct the nozzle into the nostril and make sure the tip is angled slightly backwards. Depress the pump firmly to activate the spray.
Once the required dose has been delivered to each nostril, tilt the head to the right for 10 seconds, then to the left for 10 seconds, then pinch the nostrils closed and tilt head forward for 10 seconds.
Each spray measure 100microlitres (10 sprays=1ml)
Fess may be used as often as necessary and is non-habit forming. Fess can be used in conjuction with medicated nasal sprays such as steroids, decongestants and antihistamines.
Administer 2-3 sprays in each nostril as often as needed or as directed by your doctor. Fess may be used in prenancy and while breastfeeding. Suitable for adult and children 10 years and older. Children 10 years and under should use aroma-free Fess or Fess Little Noses which contains no Eucalyptus. |
