uses the Australia Post Registered Mail System to deliver your order. All
Parcels will be delivered to the provided address and will require a
signature on receipt. It is recommend to provide a work address for delivery
if no one is home during business hours.
Parcels will be plain and unmarked
for privacy and security. They will be dispatched on the same day the order is
received providing the order is received before 12:15pm (EST) and goods are in
stock. If the item is not in stock, allow extra 2-3 working days for shipment. Order with prescription item will only be shipped when we have receive the original prescription if it is not on file. Please note that an order
containing products from Bullivants/Blackmore vitamin range may take an extra 2 days for
shipment.

Air Mail take up to 14 days for Delivery.
We used Australia Parcel Post for all our international order. Please note we are not responsible if parcel are withheld at custom or lost during transit. We do offer Fedex for shipment in which all parcel are trackable at every point during transit and custom clearance is done before shipment. It is much more expensive compare to normal post. Please contact us if you wish to send via Fedex.
